Who we are
Meridian Industrial Co. supplies Garland industrial cable to clients outside Australia and New Zealand. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@meridianindustrialco.com.
What we collect
We only collect business contact details:
- name, job title and company
- work email address and phone number
- what you tell us about your project or enquiry
We collect this when you contact us through this website, by email or on LinkedIn, or when we reach out to you as a business contact.
Our website uses Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.
Why we use it
- to respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes
- to supply products and manage orders
- to contact you about products relevant to your business
We do not sell your data or use it for any other purpose.
Who we share it with
We share details only where needed to answer your enquiry or fulfil an order:
- our manufacturing and supply partners, including in Australia
- our local sales partners in your region
- service providers who host our website, contact form, email and files, including Microsoft 365
Some of these are outside your country. We share only what is needed and expect each party to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are in contact and for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we need them longer for an order or a legal obligation.
Your rights
We process personal data in line with Moroccan Law 09-08 and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop using it or stop contacting you
